Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DeWolf & Associates, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether DeWolf & Associates, LLC. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, we use the information you provide to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship per the terms of our Limited Warranty. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time — Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible, our normal processing time is 2-3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received and will be shipped during regular business hours (Monday and Thursday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). A confirmation email will be sent at the time of purchase; Furthermore, a complimentary tracking email will be provided upon completion in the shipping department. All shipments are sent via domestic shipping carriers via (USPS, FEDEX OR UPS) & International Orders via (USPS, FEDEX, UPS OR DHL), most packages will ship via USPS unless other arrangements are made.

SHIPPING TIME — We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive; however, most packages are shipped via priority mail with the United States Postal Service (please advise that USPS deems most priority mail packages (within the U.S. Excluding AL,HI) deliverable within 1-3 business days; however, in the case of high volumes, holidays and peak seasons shipping may take up to 5-7 business days. Rural locations may exceed this timeframe. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by DeWolf & Associates, LLC or other parties only as an estimate.

Once an order is shipped, DeWolf & Associates, LLC is not liable for the shipment! Once any shipment leaves DeWolf & Associates, LLC it shall be the purchaser’s sole responsibility for any and all fees associated with loss, damage or stolen goods.

The purchaser acknowledges the risk of potential loss and understands the polices of DeWolf & Associates, LLC and wishes to place an order from DeWolf & Associates, LLC. The purchaser agrees to pay for the order and associated shipping costs regardless of whether or not they receive the package. If the purchaser does not receive the order they have the right to request proof of non-delivery, including any paperwork that accompanied the return of the order. If the purchaser would like another order re-shipped, they may request it at their own expense and risk.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE- All Domestic Priority Mail packages are insured up to $100 on your purchase as a courtesy from DeWolf & Associates, LLC. If you would like to purchase full coverage shipping insurance on your item please make note in the note section during checkout and one of our customer service representatives will contact you with the additional cost of doing so. Please note that you must cover the additional cost of full coverage shipping insurance as priced by the United States Postal Service. In the case of a lost, stolen or damaged item, the customer would be responsible for submitting a claim to USPS for any and all damages. DeWolf & Associates, LLC is not liable for the shipment once it is shipped from our facility.

International Shipping Disclaimer

International shipping regulations as well as customs and importing regulations vary by country. It is understood that any package sent by DeWolf & Associates, LLC to any country outside the United States might be held for various reasons by customs in any country outside the United States. Once any shipment leaves DeWolf & Associates, LLC it shall be the purchaser’s sole responsibility to clear customs in their respective country and be responsible for any and all fees, import or other taxes or other costs or fees associated with the import and customs process.

The purchaser acknowledges the risk of potential loss and understands the polices of DeWolf & Associates, LLC and wishes to place an order from DeWolf & Associates, LLC. The purchaser agrees to pay for the order and associated shipping costs regardless of whether or not they receive the package. If the purchaser does not receive the order they have the right to request proof of non-delivery, including any paperwork that accompanied the return of the order. Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, DeWolf & Associates, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. DeWolf & Associates, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DeWolf & Associates, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account.
